Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoreLuggage platform at coreluggage.com and related services (the “Platform”). The Platform is provided by Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy, operating under the CoreLuggage brand.

By creating a booking or paying through the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our CoreLuggage Protection Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

CoreLuggage is operated by Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy.

Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy, operating under the CoreLuggage brand operates an online marketplace that connects travelers (“Customers”) with independent third-party businesses (“Partners”) that offer short-term luggage storage.

Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy is an intermediary platform operator only. We do not operate storage facilities, employ Partner staff, or take physical possession of bags.

The storage contract for physical custody of bags is between you and the Partner location where you drop off and collect your luggage, subject to these Terms and the Partner’s on-site rules.

Each storage location is operated by an independent Partner. Partners are not agents, employees, or representatives of Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy.

Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy may screen Partners before listing them, but we do not guarantee Partner conduct, premises condition, security systems, or staff actions.

You must follow reasonable instructions given by the Partner at drop-off and pick-up.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment through the Platform unless we state otherwise.

Prices, drop-off times, pick-up times, and bag limits shown at checkout are binding for your booking.

You are responsible for arriving within the booked window and collecting bags by the booked pick-up time. Late collection may result in additional fees or refusal of service at the Partner’s discretion.

You must ensure each bag is securely closed, labeled where appropriate, and does not contain Prohibited Items (see Section 7).

You are responsible for the contents of your bags and for declaring accurate bag count and size at booking.

You must present your 6-digit booking code at drop-off and pick-up.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy is not liable for loss, theft, damage, delay, or non-delivery of bags or contents, whether caused by a Partner, another customer, third parties, force majeure, or otherwise.

CoreLuggage Protection is not insurance and does not guarantee reimbursement. Claims are reviewed individually and require sufficient evidence. Any discretionary goodwill payment under CoreLuggage Protection is governed solely by the CoreLuggage Protection Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

If Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy is found liable despite the above, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking through the Platform.

You must not store any of the following:

CoreLuggage Protection is not insurance and does not guarantee reimbursement. Claims are reviewed individually and require sufficient evidence.

CoreLuggage Protection is a separate discretionary goodwill program described in the CoreLuggage Protection Policy. Any goodwill payment is based on proven loss or damage, proven item value, sufficient evidence you provide, and a case-by-case review by CoreLuggage.

Up to €1,000 per bag is the maximum possible goodwill payment — not an automatic amount. Proven value may result in a lower payment, or none.

For theft or loss, you must provide a police report (or equivalent official report). Full requirements are in the CoreLuggage Protection Policy.

Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy or a Partner may refuse service, cancel a booking, or require immediate bag removal if these Terms are violated, prohibited items are suspected, or safety or legal concerns arise.

We may suspend Platform access for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

These Terms, your booking, and any dispute relating to luggage storage are governed by the laws of the country where the luggage is dropped off at the Partner location for that booking, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would point to another jurisdiction.

Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may also apply where they cannot be excluded.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the country where the luggage was dropped off, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
