Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy, operating under the CoreLuggage brand (coreluggage.com) is the controller of personal data processed through the Platform.

2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process:
- Email address and booking details (location, dates, bag count, price)
- Payment-related metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Support communications you send us
- Technical logs (IP address, browser type, device data) via our hosting provider
3. Why we use data
We process personal data to:
- Provide bookings and confirmations
- Process payments
- Send transactional emails
- Provide customer support
- Operate partner check-in tools where applicable
- Prevent fraud and secure the Platform
4. Service providers
Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy uses trusted processors including Stripe (payments), Resend or similar (email), Vercel (hosting), and Google (maps/places where enabled). They process data on our instructions and under their own terms.
5. Retention
We retain booking and payment records as long as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes, typically up to 6 years unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. Contact support@coreluggage.com to exercise rights.
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
