This document is provided in English and is the binding version. Translations may be added later for convenience only.

1. Binding Partner Agreement

These CoreLuggage Partner Terms of Service and Storage Policy (“Partner Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (the “Partner”) and Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy, operating under the CoreLuggage brand (“CoreLuggage”).

By ticking the acceptance box and submitting a partner location registration on the Platform, you agree to these Partner Terms. No wet-ink or paper contract is required for this agreement to take effect.

The English version is the binding version. These Partner Terms sit alongside the customer Terms & Conditions, the CoreLuggage Protection Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

CoreLuggage is operated by Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy.

2. Zero fixed fees and flexible termination

Joining the CoreLuggage partner network is free. There is no setup fee and no ongoing subscription or monthly platform fee.

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time, with immediate effect, by written notice (including email or WhatsApp to the contact details used for the partnership).

Termination does not cancel Partner obligations for bags already in storage, outstanding claims, or commissions already earned or due. The Partner must complete handover of any bags still in its custody and cooperate with CoreLuggage on active bookings.

3. Partner commission and payouts

CoreLuggage pays the Partner a designated flat commission per verified stored luggage item (each bag successfully checked in through the Platform for an active booking).

Commission amounts and any location-specific rates are confirmed by CoreLuggage after activation. Published marketing examples (including percentage-based illustrations) are informational and do not create a different payout formula unless confirmed in writing for that location.

Bank account, IBAN, or payment-link details are not collected at registration. CoreLuggage collects payout details after activation via WhatsApp or the Partner dashboard, and pays on the agreed schedule.

Commissions are payable only for verified Platform bookings. Fraudulent, duplicate, or non-existent storage events do not qualify for payout.

4. Safety, Protection, and platform coverage

CoreLuggage Protection is a discretionary guarantee program operated by CoreLuggage. It is not licensed insurance and does not guarantee reimbursement.

For legitimate customer luggage during an active, Platform-verified storage period, CoreLuggage Protection may cover loss or verified external theft up to the then-current platform guarantee limit, subject to the CoreLuggage Protection Policy, evidence requirements, and case-by-case review.

Coverage under CoreLuggage Protection does not apply where loss, damage, or a claim arises from Partner willful misconduct, gross negligence, unauthorized tampering, opening of bags, theft by Partner staff or contractors, or a fraudulent claim originating from the Partner’s premises or personnel.

5. Partner liability and misconduct

The Partner is strictly liable for any willful misconduct, gross negligence, unauthorized tampering, opening, theft by staff or contractors, or fraudulent claims originating from the Partner’s premises or personnel.

The Partner shall indemnify and hold harmless CoreLuggage and Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy against claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from such misconduct or from the Partner’s breach of these Partner Terms.

The Partner must notify CoreLuggage immediately of any loss, suspected theft, damage, safety incident, or police involvement relating to stored luggage.

6. Secure storage standard

The Partner agrees to keep customer luggage in a secure, non-public area — for example behind the counter, in a locked storage room, or in a monitored staff-only area — and not in an unattended public space.

The Partner must keep bags inaccessible to customers and members of the public except during verified drop-off and pick-up.

The Partner must follow CoreLuggage check-in tools, including any required photos or booking-code confirmation, when those tools are provided.

7. Prohibited items and inspection

Luggage accepted for storage must not contain hazardous materials, illegal drugs, firearms, explosives, or flammable goods. Other prohibited items listed in the customer Terms & Conditions also apply.

The Partner has the right to inspect luggage exteriors and to refuse any bag that is suspicious, unsafe, unlabeled, damaged, or reasonably believed to contain prohibited items. Refusal does not require proof that a prohibited item is present.

If the Partner discovers or reasonably suspects a prohibited item after drop-off, the Partner must refuse continued storage where safe to do so, contact CoreLuggage, and contact the authorities where legally required.

8. Customer verification and handover

The Partner agrees to use Platform check-in and check-out verification — the booking QR code and/or the 6-digit booking reference — and to hand bags exclusively to the verified booking owner.

The Partner must not release bags against a name, photo, or verbal request alone. If verification fails or looks inconsistent, the Partner must refuse handover and contact CoreLuggage.

9. Independent partner status

The Partner is an independent business, not an employee, agent, or joint venturer of Töyrylä & Toivonen Holdings Oy. The Partner remains responsible for its premises, staff, local licences, and compliance with applicable law.

Listing a location is subject to CoreLuggage’s review and activation. Registration creates a pending location only and does not guarantee publication on the Platform.

10. Governing law

These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or commercial rules that cannot be waived.

Courts of Finland have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
