How much does luggage storage cost?
Day storage starts from €3.00 per bag. CoreLuggage Protection (€1.99 per bag) is added when you book. The total depends on bag size and how many days you store.
Do I need to book online?
Yes. Book at coreluggage.com — partners do not sell storage at the counter. Online booking is required for CoreLuggage Protection.
How do I drop off my bags?
After you pay, you get a confirmation email with a 6-digit booking code. Show that code at the partner shop during opening hours.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before drop-off — use the Cancel reservation link in your confirmation email for a full refund.
Where are the bags stored?
At verified partner locations such as cafés, shops and similar local spots. Each location lists its own opening hours.
Are bags protected up to €1,000?
Yes. CoreLuggage Protection is added at booking (€1.99 per bag) and covers up to €1,000 per bag for proven loss or damage, subject to review and sufficient evidence.
